Processing & Fulfillment

Please pay close attention to the availability status listed when selecting your size:

  • In Stock (Ready-To-Ship): If the size states "In Stock" it is a premade item. These orders will be processed and shipped within our standard 1-2 business day window.

  • Pre-Order: If the size states "THIS SIZE IS PRE-ORDER" the item is made-to-order. These follow our pre-order timeline and will ship within 1-2 weeks from your order date.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • We cannot make changes to orders that have already shipped.

  • Please Note: We do not allow shipping address changes once an order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once your order has been handed to our carrier (USPS), we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • International Shipments: Delivery times for international orders may take longer due to customs processing in your destination country.
