What is the return policy?

To ensure the highest standard of quality, every single piece is personally inspected before it ships. Because of this care and our pre-order model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds, so we encourage you to double check your sizing to ensure the perfect fit for your walk.

how do i get order updates?

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Since we cannot accept returns, we want to help you get it right the first time. Our pieces generally runs true to size unless stated otherwise in product description. You can find size chart at the end of each product photo.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING

We operate on a pre-order basis. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be processed, manufactured, and shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

WHY IS SHIPPING LONG?

Every garment is specifically manufacturered for you after the store closes. This process from manufacturing takes about 2-3 business weeks, once production is complete it will take about 1-2 business weeks for fulfillment and delivery to your door. Expect to recieve tracking number once in fulfillment stage.
