Refund policy

Pre-Order Items

Because these items are produced specifically for you, production begins immediately after a brief processing period. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the item is in production and the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Ready to Ship Items

All sales for "Ready to Ship" items are final. We do not offer refunds on these items. Returns are only accepted if the item is delivered in a defective or damaged condition.

Production & Delivery Delays

If your items have not been shipped by the end of the expected delivery time window provided at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund upon request. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our drops, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or styles. Please double-check our size guides before purchasing.

 

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS/DHL). Any issues that arise after shipment must be resolved directly with the carrier.
